George Sparks, Jr., a
principal
and co-founder of Bertke & Sparks, has 20 years of accounting

advisory experience, eight with a large regional accounting firm where
he
served manufacturers, distributors, contractors, wholesalers and
retailers. He uses
his strong businessand
administrative capabilities to

Harold P. Kremer, CPA and CVA
Harold Kremer, a principal
at Bertke & Sparks, has over 22 years
of experience performing audit and accounting services and business
valuations. He is a
Certified Public
Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.
Harold specializes in providing valuation and assurance
services to
privately held companies and not-for-profits, including audits of
companies and
their employee benefit plans. He assists many companies who are
involved in
mergers and acquisitions, including performing due diligence related to
acquisitions and purchase price allocations. He has also served as an
expert
witness on accounting and business valuation issues.
